The Anchor - Classic
The Anchor is our foundational functional fitness class, built on the core principles of CrossFit methodology. Every session follows a structured format — a coach-led warm-up, a dedicated skill or strength practice, then a workout of the day designed to push your capacity and build real-world fitness. Whether you're new to functional training or a seasoned athlete, The Anchor develops strength, movement quality, and conditioning in equal measure. This is where the work gets done.


SWEAT — Hybrid
SWEAT is high-output hybrid training designed for athletes who want to build an engine. Sessions are cardio and conditioning-focused, combining functional movements, aerobic development, and hybrid training formats to push your work capacity to its limit. Less skill practice, more sweat. If you're chasing a stronger aerobic base, hybrid competition prep, or simply want to move hard and move often — SWEAT is your class.
